Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Anyone who registers automatically and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions.

Code Of Conduct
Be Safe
Take care of yourself and each other. Take heed of the fire, the creek, and any other risks.

Be Respectful
Be kind to the land, the people, their hearts, their belongings and their personal space.

Be Authentic
Sometimes scary, always vulnerable. We invite you to show up as your deepest, fullest truth. This is a smoke and alcohol free event. Do not show up to any workshop under the influence of any intoxicating substances.

Seek Consent
Respect everyone’s boundaries. If it’s not a “F*ck Yes!” then it’s a “No”. Consent is sexy, and it is your responsibility to seek consent before touching another human or taking their photograph.

Leave No Trace
Take radical responsibility in your care for our beautiful venue, so that we can use it again next year. Take home any rubbish that you create. If you notice litter, throw it in the bin.

Payment & Proof of Identity
The organizer reserves the right to require the presentation of an identity document when the customer attends the event to verify that the entry pass is being used by the person who made the purchase.

If the festival is not full, it will be possible, by going to reception on the first day, to register.

Ticket Changes
In order to change a ticket accommodation type, the customer must send a message to The Embodied Movement using the support requests form. The message should specify their current ticket type and their desired ticket type.

A representative of The Embodied Movement will respond to the customer to confirm whether this is possible and to organise payment.

No accommodation downgrades are offered 2 weeks or less prior to the event.

Ticket Transfers
The customer is always welcome to sell or transfer their ticket to someone else.

In order to transfer a ticket, the customer must fill out the ticket transfer form.

Ticket transfers will be accepted until 10pm on the night before the festival first day of the festival.

No ticket transfers will be accepted after this time. We do not accept ticket transfers during or after the festival.
Please do not show up without a ticket. Attendees who do not have officially approved tickets will be escorted out of the festival.

Refunds

In order to refund a ticket, the customer must send a message to The Embodied Movement using the support requests form. The message should specify the bank account details that the customer wishes the refund to be deposited into.

If the request is made 4 or more weeks before the event, the customer will receive a 75% refund.
