Anyone who registers automatically and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions.

Code Of Conduct
Be Safe
Take care of yourself and each other. Take heed of the fire, the water, and any other risks.

Be Respectful
Be kind to the land, the people, their hearts, their belongings and their personal space.

Be Clear
Do not show up to any part of the retreat under the influence of any intoxicating substances.

Leave No Trace
Take radical responsibility in your care for our beautiful venue, so that we can use it again next year. If you notice litter, throw it in the bin.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Catalyst is a potent blend of training and support. It will transform marketing forever for those who attend. But you don’t have to believe me. Join the retreat, try it out and see how it feels for you personally. 

Here’s how the guarantee works. 

If you aren’t satisfied with the results of the retreat once you’re done, I will issue you a full refund, except for the cost of accommodation, food and photography.

To be eligible, you must attend all the retreat sessions and complete all the assigned activities (including the compass series and the follow up Q&A sessions). This is so we know that you’ve utilized the support that we made available to you. 

If you sign up for the retreat after The Compass Series live sessions have already run, then you can watch the recordings instead of showing up live. 

The guarantee can be activated for up to 7 days after the last day of the retreat. 

Refunds
Prior to the retreat, Catalyst is a non-refundable event. We incur expenses before the retreat begins, based on the number of people who sign up, regardless of whether or not they attend.

We do not offer refunds for COVID-related cancelations. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for COVID.

Ticket Transfers
You can transfer your ticket to another person, provided that they are a good fit for the retreat. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

To apply to transfer your ticket, send an email to info@theembodiedmovement.com with the subject line “Catalyst Ticket Transfer”, stating 
  •  your name
  • the reason for the ticket transfer
  • the new ticketholders name
  • ​the new ticket holders phone number and email address
Ticket transfer applications until 12pm noon three days before the retreat begins. 

No ticket transfers will be accepted after this time. 

Intellectual Property
The resources that you receive in the retreat are for your use only. 

By signing up, you agree to refrain from offering the practices, content or intellectual property to anyone else, regardless of whether you are paid or not. 

If you wish to on-sell the frameworks that you received at Catalyst, you can request a licensing agreement by sending an email to info@theembodiedmovement.com, outlining your offer.

State Of Health
The registrant declares that he is in good health and that there are no known medical reasons that prevent him from participating in short or prolonged intense physical effort.

Attendance at the event is prohibited (without refund) in the event of infection, contagious disease or injury, due to the risk of endangering the health and safety of the customer and the other registrants.

Damage To Property
The customer (or his legal representative) will be held responsible for damage / damage caused to the building, infrastructure, equipment of the organization and its suppliers / external service providers. If the customer causes damage to the premises or its equipment as a result of negligence or recklessness, they must compensate the organiser up to the amount of damages.

Loss & Theft
The organizer can in no way be held responsible for any loss / theft during the event or activities. The customer agrees to take care of his own affairs. Lost items are kept for the duration of the event by the organizer.

Workshop Attendance
The customer agrees to read (or listen to) and adhere to the rules of the event, which are specified during the event workshops.

The customer agrees to be respectful of the premises, equipment, staff, volunteers and other any other people at the event or activity.

The event rules include, but are not limited to
No smoking or consumption of alcohol during the event
All workshops are attended sober and not under the influence of any intoxicants
Participants arrive at workshops early or on time. Participation may be refused to customers who show up late. 

Privacy, Image & Data rights
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

The member's personal data is recorded in the organizer's database and processed with a view to managing the customer file, the products and services offered, and carrying out market studies, in order to inform the member of new products and services as well as within the framework of the implementation of promotion and information campaigns.

By registering, the customer assigns the universality of their image rights to be used in products and promotional materials. This includes the rights of adaptation, reproduction, representation, as well as all the secondary rights of use including, without this being limiting, the right to adapt, with or without transposition of genre to the other, and modify your contributions, the right to record and reproduce the results of the customers contributions on any medium, by any technical process known or to be discovered.

Agreement 
Upon purchase, the customer acknowledges having read this contract and agrees to the terms and conditions within it.
